Used to be a member here ages ago and can still find my posts in the archive sub domain.
The other day was doing SoOSC with a bunch of guildies in HM and a BDS dropped (first ever!) only to find it cannot be inscribed. According to wiki this very rarely happens.
Just wondering if it has any value and if so, how much

It will have value. Of course only a small fraction of the price of what it would if it was inscriable.
They drop like so due to the deathbane mod bug, every staff in NF and eotn has a small chance to drop like so
