Just starting out this project as a learning experience for javascript but maybe someone will find it useful?
Atm it just is a wrapper for skill template decoding (which i plan on redoing gwbbcode with), if anyone has any comments or criticism on what I have so far it would be appreciated 
Theres a test html along with it if you want to test it out
