I would say 50e is too low, even if one mod is 1 off perfect, I would have said in today's market this is a low a shield. Wait for other opinions...

this goes easily for a few arms 5-10a range imo or maybe even more seeing how money isnt worth anything if any one wants it

+9 is significantly less wanted though than a +10 with e.g. off hp mods.
