Hello, looking for PC on the titled shield.
I know it's rare as can only drop from ToPK, troll and stance less desirable but still rare?

Very rare and definitely valuable - req. 9 too. I would post it for sale here and see what offers you get. Hard to PC such a unique shield - I would say likely only auction will tell. I personally will be keeping an eye out if you do post it.
