Hello id like to hear your opinions about a few OS shields :

Celestial Shield q10 Tactics -3 While Hex +60 While Hexd
Celestial Shield q10 Str -2 while Stance +10 vs Lightning

Outcast Shield q9 Tactics -2 While Ench 33 reduced Crippling
Outcast Shield q13 Tactics +45 Hp while ench - 3 while hexd

Don't merch q9 outcast, some players would be interested, can't PC as I would be interested.
Merch q13 outcast, would be hard to sell
