PC On An OS Q9 Jellyfish Channeling Wand

I've had this for years... I just now found it again. Any idea on a price?

It's Q9 Gold +5 Energy Above 50% Health. It can NOT be modded with anything. I've tried putting a wrap on it, but it's a no-go.
