I've been scouring the internet, asking around, trying to buy, and farming random places in an attempt to figure out where these may drop because of the new suffix mods.
So; here I am, a forum I've browsed on and off an years to ask this question.
Any idea where these may or may not drop? Any and all suggestions appreciated!

Where to farm Q5 13 armor str shields (NF/EotN/Inscrit)

prp lvl10-16
gold lvl12-16
blue items have the disadvantage of the option to not have an insc slot even when dropped in insc territory. but prp/gold have the disadvantage of low chance to drop. I'd look around kourna, the mobs there seem to be of appropriate levels...
