I haven't played in a bit. I used to buy and sell a ton when I did play this game regularly 15 years ago.
I have done some research and honestly don't remember when GW got rid of req8 max weapons/shield. But I also have some uncustomized 15>50 prior to inscriptions. I also have an HoD Sword that from googling today seems to be worth a pretty penny. I will be selling some of this as I want to finally complete GWAMM.

dunno about the rest but those dual reduce shields (30,31) will get you rich! DO NOT SELL VIA PM!! auction them and get the best out of it! same goes for dusk blade and the other q8 shields (especially 28)

28, 33 both perfect q8 and prenerf via gold value, very rare to find and worth a ton, dont sell to pms (to addition what ppl said before, the dual reds and HoD etc)
q8 30 5/20 might be 4 digit arms but bids will tell
Also 38, q8 Stone summit shield extreamly rare and 1 off perf w usable mods, thiis could go 4 digit arms aswell. Dont sell to pms but put auction to find outPersonally i think q8 30 5/20 & SSS are the best, then q9 DR's, then other q8 shields , HoD and dusk & minis but bids will tell u if u give it enough time

I highly recommend to sell to private messages only for fast good trade and quick easy money. Then invest all money in glacial blades and glacial bladess
