Perfect mods, but the stat combination seems totally off - why inspiration magic of all the attributes it could have been?
Still, might there be a niche use case for this shield?

A niche use for a niche buyer brings a niche price, 20-40e at best

perf q9 leadership shield in useable and vollectable mods... I'd see it into the 3-10a range atm.
