I am pretty sure this is an OS q11 illusion 20/20 drop but I am still learning the specifics of OS drops. Anyway, was hoping for a PC on this staff!

If it's the metal skin even a q9 is only low XXe, (like 10-50e for q9 *if* someone needs it, hard sale)
Twin Serpent is worth slightly more, but q11 kills it pretty good. If Twin Serpent you might be able to actually sell it for 10-20e if lucky.
(As usual wait for another opinion, mine is sometimes off by a ways)

Q11 is killer, likely nobody gonna buy no matter the skin. The dragon and 200gv wouldnt change this much.
