That is definetely not 8a+.
Fugly skin and hct df 20% is not something that is really wanted,you dont really use it unless people do MTSC/MQSC.

Disagree. This is a basically useless and ugly staff as has been stated. But it's matching q9 20/20 and I am sure some collector wants/needs it. selling this staff for 20-40e would basically be giving it away. My guess is 250-500e++ if multiple bidders get involved. I personally wouldn't sell this staff for under 250e.

I am with Surge with this one, not a desired skin, but not a core either. With the right bids, I can see it going 2a (250e) or more.
