The crenellated sword is worth a lot. Req8 +5e martial weapons are very rare and sought after. Make sure to not get tempted by private offers but sell it in a public auction and take your time to ensure you get the best price for it.
The chaos axe is 100-150a more or less.

Yeb, cren is amazing not many have sold over the last years so only auction can tell.
Many love the skin who knows if it even hit 1ka+

put the q8s for auction, don't rush to sell - crene likely will go 4digit arms or more, chaos axe lower 3digit
