PC on some OS unid shields

Unids is like selling cheap scratch off lottery tickets, selling a dream doesn't cost much, ~1k/unid for most of them.

The new skins, q9 like that japan 1st anniversary shield you can probably get a few ectos out of unid... like that cool new $20 scratch off lotto ticket

IDing them is like playing all your lottery tickets yourself. Maybe you pull that perfect dualmod shield, maybe (probably) not.

(Also depends if you are doing the Wisdom title)
