okay that is definitely not max for a q5, you can merch it most likely. maybe an enthusiast will pm you and offer 5k for it but else there is no value to it

Inherents being max is based on item rarity, gold, purp, blue, white, *not* by item req. (Except that golds don't drop below q3) (oh yeah, and staff hsr is based on req kinda)
