Some skins are definitely worth more, yes. The conch is pretty common and probably not the most appreciated skin, hence the lower price
although pretty cool in my opinion, this is definitely a "take what you can get" type of item, unfortunately. -
It's much rarer to get a drop of a q8 ar16 insc blue oaken aegis than a q8 ar16 insc great conch... so yes skin makes a difference.
Also, things like a q8 ar16 insc blue darkwing defender, that skin only dropped as blue during the eotn preview event, and are unobtainable today except the miniscule amount that exist from back then, only a couple exist... so YES, skin ABSOLUTELY makes a difference.
