    Well be happy, you only have to pay a monthly fee in the future

    but here in Germany you need a Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS)

    a professional degree awarded to dentists,

    signifying they have completed accredited dental school training

    to be able to play the game.


    And i have that. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

    I hope this would be from some mobile feature if you don't already own the game or something. Would be a real downer if they added some sort of subscription.

    Since they literally advertised about no subscription yesterday and mention it actively in the trailer for mobile, I doubt that a subscription is going to come.

    More likely just broadly worded for if a payment fails/is charged back, I would guess.

    The possibility i thought of is the "free" name changes after a name ban might no longer be "free" after the 3 day ban, you might need to pay for a name change.

    Looney this would be abolutely insane. Because they very widely ban names. How am i supposed to know if my name is an insult in another language? They dont even tell you which part of the name to change when they ban you.

    I gote name bans for naming some of my charcters after the german name for a fish species....

    I can hardly imagine that a forced character rename would be monetized, specially not with this wording.

    Just feels to me like regular anti-chargeback language: if you charge your money back, your account will be locked, until you provide payment again.
    The wording sounds like when you agree to buy something, but you haven't paid for it, you won't get access. Which sounds logical to me.

    What surprise me is the game is free to play, but not free.
    Accepting the terms of use is done once you already bought the game.


    Once again, I'm not a law specialist, nor english being my first language, but what I understand from that (please tell me that I'm wrong) is :

    you buy the game => you accept the user agreement => you fail to pay whatever => they can terminate the agreement
