Its in the title, recently dropped a q8 soulreaping crimson claw scepter but it misses 1 damage on the higher end (11-21, max is 11-22)
Is it worth anything or just merch food ?

Not really "worth" anything, but some ppl will probably be interested , and offer few ectos (10-15?).

Even though it is "one off", DMG 11-21 is max for Q8 Insc wands, 11-22 doesn't exist for Insc Q8 Wands
For this reason, some people would be interested (self-included).
I agree with jack on potential offer, maybe more if multiple people are interested.

1, 2, 5, or 8 years ago it'd be "merch" but now I guess everyone starts a weird collection and you can get something out of everything!

I sold a Q8 11-21 Blzing Wing Wand and Water Spirit Rod for 1A each not too long ago.
They’re actually pretty cool.
You can easily get 50e imo.
