Defensive Set

A defensive set is a set that normally consists of a martial weapon (spear, axe, sword) with either +armor or +HP, and usually a +5 energy (sometimes a 10% HSR) inscription and a shield (+30 is standard, but if you’re speed clearing +45 stance or enchant as needed) with an inscription of +10AR against whatever damage is expected. For example, if you’re speed Clearing somewhere a lot of foes use earth skills that aoe, use a +10 v earth, etc.
