Elite Skill Hunter of Elona BUG for Legendary Title?

Hi all, i have a problem, yesterday finished the 3 Skill Hunter Titles , but only have from Cantha and Tyria. I checked very times if i had all the skills of Elona and yes, I have ALL ELITE SKILLS of the game. I saw in Guilg Wars Wiki this text...My english is no very good and i don´t understand what they mean...

I`m very sad coz i come back on game to do a new toon and try to get the GWAMM and found this problem...Someone with the same problem? Can u help me to fix this?

Done. As i told, i had ALL the elite skills in ALL professions...less my main profession...I was missing those two skills
