First time ever i get a gold with such low req. Anything unusual ?
As far as I know a low req igneous maul should be rare considering where they drop and foe lvl in those area (Can anybody confirm?)
However 16-28 is max for Q5 hammer so sadly I expect its trash. Where did it drop out of interest?
It was in one of the eotn dungeons in NM, cant remember wich one sorry.
