Display MoreSeems to be bugged, can't put a shield handle on it.

Notice it's not an "inscription" on it either?
Proph and Factions wands, focuses, and shields *cannot* be modded, in any way*.
Melee weapons and staves use prefix and suffix mods only, the inscription-like line is fixed, can't be changed.
*the only exception is weapons from urgoz/deep end chest.
