That is a postnerf max q7 sword, don't merch it. There are collectors of such items and can also sometimes find use in speed clears or farm builds.

gold q8/q7 sun and moon tactics go for 25-50a depending on the markets interest (at the moment someone is selling with b/o of 25a, but I think a year ago one went up to 50a because of high interest)
on the strenght ones i cant get an opinion
