PvE anniversary skills questions

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is a stupid question, but the wiki didn't have clear answers for me. I missed out on the anniversary celebration but would like to know more about the anniversary skills.

1. Can I access them just by pairing up with somebody who has the 'proof'?

2. If I capture all of them on one character, can I use tomes to get them to other characters?

3. Can heroes use them?

Thanks for the advice. Again, apologies if this info is clearly available elsewhere I just had not found it.

1: Yes. If you ask around you shouldn't have much trouble finding someone who'll group with you.

2+3: No, as they're PvE only skills and don't unlock.

Yeah don't buy a run for them either, people are happy to help with those usually. Or at least I am. If nothing else just wait another 5-6 months

By wait a few months do you mean they will be available at each anniversary? I thought it was just 15th anniversary only.

Justice, would it be okay if I asked you to help me capture one? I live in Australia and can only log on some week nights. Thanks.

There's no reason to believe the proof (and the special weapons) won't be attainable again next year. Still, given the availability of assistance, it's an unnecessary wait.

Yeah it's cool I will help you cap them. I play sea/ocx frequently.
