Hi today i just dropped an os shield of the wing sadly its just q12 but since it has perfect mods i was wondering if its worth something . Hope you can give me a pc on it

A few weeks ago I bought a Q9 SotW with those exact stats (+45 wE +10 fire) for around 200e in Kamadan.
Yours is very high req so it's not going to be an easy sell. If I was in the market for one I would maybe pay 20-40e for it
