It's Max for the req and some people go for cuties.
The mods overall are max but in combination not really a crowds favorite or "usefull"
Put it for sale and see what people will offer 10-20e would allrdy seem fair to me when I would have to sell it.

Agree, it's perfect and max so i think it will sell, but probably not for a fortune seeing the skin and bonuses.
