Usually more. I heard they can go up to 30-50a but I guess auction will tell.
I guess paying to upgrade my heroes isn't going to be a problem then. Who knew being a pack rat 20 years ago would pay off.

non of the inscriptable q9s is particular valuable skin. all of them are merch food to few e each.
23 the accursed staff q8 11-22 is a prenerf item. I suggest you auction it. the value is likely to be in low - mid xxa range.
