I would also say that the pc3 (Caster Chaos Axe) is more than just 5e. I think it is more in the range of 20-40e. Even the inscr. q9 Chaos Axe could fetch an easy 5-10e.

unfortunately, these mods are kind of useless on a mediocre skin. I would merch it out put it on a hero. But even for a hero weapon it is kind of useless.

Non-matching dual mods usually are hard to sell. From my point of view it is hard to get more than 10e for these wands but mods are perfect. Who knows if any of the necro mains are looking for smth like that.
For me as a collector of wwwands, I wouldn't pay more than 10e for a non-matching one.

as a wwwand lover (and somewhat collector) both are nice but no high value items. Both have mixed attributes and one mod is 1off. I did pay 5-10e for wwwands like these.
Spawn and FC Effigies will be hard to sell. The Divine could attract maybe one or two people but don't expect more than 10-20e

Adding items to a PC I against forum rules. But the effigy is nice and should get you an easy xxx ectos in my eyes.
The wayward wand has no big value due to useless mods but as I collect nearly all dual mod waywards I am always happy to bid at least an ecto on stuff like this.

The Summit Axe is not max but it is a Dual Vamp and some botters or vq service people will buy it for 5e. Usually someone is always buying cheap dual vamp one handed weapons in Kamadan.

the community discussed some facts about chests in this thread:
I doubt that chests will spawn more often along your path when not having keys/lockpicks with you. As far as we know, spawn position is totally random over a map with some rules, for example the maximum number of chests per map, distance of chests to each other, etc.
It is hard to test this because you need lots of runs with and without keys and your test set should be always the same (which is hard as we still don't know all factors that can influence chest spawns, chest drops, etc).
I think you are good to go with "it is just random and maybe you just realize the situations without keys".
But the community is always happy to get proven wrong.

Agree with the clean guy on the daggers. Moreover, dual zeal is something else (15/-1energy).
Regarding your second question:
A 20/10 staff is basically a self use on an Assasin's Promise Caller build or somewhat like that. But to the community it has no value as long as it is a rare skin with a good attribute and q9 mostly (q8 20/10 are for sure an other story but i don't expact you mean something like this).

nice challenge and very nice screenshot. If I would not know it better I would say your character was photo shopped into the background (check out the feet, they are kind of floating).
Unfortunately, I cannot come online within the next weeks but for me the background and the stony underground looks like cantha starter island.

Late Update: was not able to play for some time now.
I managed to finish Prophecies with another two close to dead situations in the last mission thanks to the Fire Imps there. Had to get Xandra first to have the safety of the ST Ritualist.
Together with the prophecies book i reached R2 survivor.

Got the exact same purple armor drop last week. Definitly same type, insignia, rune and armor. Not 100% sure about gold value. And also had 100% same drops within seconds. maybe two or three times.

one of the swords that cannot drop q8 anymore. Some skins are still obtainable. I think it is in the 10-15a range. Maybe higher with the above mentioned fact.

Not max dmg for the respective req. Thus, i would say merch or maximum of 5e to someone who loves the skin maybe but in my eyes its a time waste trying to get these 5e
