You might also slap a few hundred evil corpse / skele hound (lvl 20) in NM Heart of Shiverpeaks for that post nerf Q8 gold dead staff + sephis axe bonus prize.

Got these drop from foes in NM GoK and considering there is lvl 13 undead the reqs will go lower.
For inscri chest run I like Poisoned Outcrops. (Have had non necro reqs)
For low req inscri I think you limited to the lvl 15 Ancient Undead in Istan. Can't confirm if they do drop them but seems likely.

Duo DoA: Finish gloom as cons run out. my partner clicks on chest, dies b4 he can pick all gems then goes to town so I can grab his drops. About 60sec later (I was running in from City chest) I hit a Legionnaire as a small distraction so I can pick up gems in peace, this is something that I've done lots in many places. Legionnaire proceeds to die to 100+ soul tormentors on the wall in roughly 0.01 seconds. I click the chest and my gems appear as normal. However I find my partners drops are still greyed out, been assigned to the summon and I cant pick up. What the hell Guild Wars?
Seen foes with wrong names like this b4 which is kinda similar:
But drops being assigned to a summon?? and remember the summon wasn't even alive when my partner mapped out and the items stopped being his + I was in range and chest area was loaded long b4 summon was used.
Anybody got an explanation other than Guild Wars hates me?

Like Fenrir I have spent sometime trying to farm more with 0 results and cant offer any better advise than has been said already. Might have to settle for a purple I'm afraid.

There is one anomaly that I'm aware of which is creatures other than undead on shadow shields. They no longer drop like this and I'm not certain where they did all those years ago. Can assume from FoW maybe the original keyless chest and likely dropped the full list of proph creature mods (Giant, Charr, Tengu, undead, Troll, Skele, Dwarves & Plants). Haven't confirmed plants & tengu, examples I have seen:
The closest you can get to these now is a purple from Kilroy keyless chest in Sorrows Furnace:
If anybody can confirm or deny any of this please do, keen to figure out the truth of it all

Only rangers (R/A) can really use it because they cant skill tactics. But its very rare to see a R/A tank.
R/A is the solo class tho but i bet these prefere a tactics still to have the variety to flip it onto the A/W as well.
< R/A solo who prefers str to tac, 100% helps when you get weakness to have some extra strength
