The oni blade is not prenerf.
To the OP though, in this case it would likely be worth more than the axe, which is.
(10/9 sundering mod on the axe is also prenerf). If you intend to sell the axe, I would separate the mod (make sure to use a perfect salvage kit) and auction that separately.Oni isnt prenerf because of the <280GV right?

Dwarves axes drop from a variety of sources, including EotN stone summit mobs themselves.
Dwarven hammers drop (rarely) from stone summit themselves (I’ve never seen one from a chest). And there are nonmax q8 ones around, which means they can and do drop from things like the Kilroy dungeon.(Referring to gold insc ones for both, of course)

^ That pretty much. If the Urgoz's Flatbow is prenerf it'd be worth quite a bit to me. But other than that there isn't much here.

The vamp mod is prenerf, as mentioned. You can find more info on it and other things like it here: Prenerf
The 10% swordsmanship mod still drops, and mastery mods, at least on martial weapons, are generally undesired anyway. Feel free to get rid of it.
