doubt any of those will drop. likely they just reused the mob for a different purpose here and the drops are the ones of the original mob.
ancient bows don't come in blue/white on top of that.

the chest itself. they do have a "level" in terms of the items they generate are precisely of same range as a mob of that lvl. a canthan chest for example is lvl 20.

generally gold items sell for 700g-1k unid for people who want to max their wisdom title. of course there are some rare items, that hold value since they can be much more valueable depending on the outcome of the id. see it like a lottery ticket. the truncheon is one of the necro core skins, so worth next to nothing - so you can sell it for the mentioned 700g-1k or just identify, check mods and if worthless (most likely) just sell it to the merchant.
