IF that one is from the chest in question it does indeed mean that the max q8 can drop there - very situational argument... but definitely worth looking more into nf treasures around kourna

others i agree with red on, but #21 is a q9 evil eye staff (so curses) with hct 20 for death... it's mixed attrib so i can't see it fetching much, if anything.
#16 the q9 illusion 20/10 Cockatrice staff you might be able to get 5-10e for, but haven't seen many ppl looking for them recently. Maybe with eggs being expensive, chicken staves will come back.

all others I would merch - they might find a buyer in the 500g-5e range but those amounts are not worth the effort needed. rather go nick item farming for the time being and sell those.

first up of the year! and what a year 2022 has been with this collection still I got around 60% of mod combos to cover - keep them coming! I'll pay 20e for any missing combination in dualmaxmod AT THE VERY LEAST! for example a q12 -33% deep wound -3wH defender - easy money for y'all. If items are useable/desireable/popular I'll obviously pay more ofc!
merch kamas and sell felly. you can get 1a or so for that one. just auction it and leave it a few days
even getting 1a for them is tedious - however if someone wants one and at the time it is the only one around you can get 3-5a even - I mean what is an arm worth these days anymore...
on price check always make aa new thread for new items - read the xunlai rules.

some very close ones right there! I'd say you can sell each in the 5-50e range, but it will likely be tedious. but maybe two parties want one of them and see it going to arms then - you never know these days with such high inflation.

I think what OP actually meant is if there are other weapons that use another weapon's model/skin/appearance, but in a different size. To my knowledge there are two more pairs/sets like this:
arrahhshs aegis is like spiked targe (large/eotn) and they are larger version of a spiked targe (small/canthan).
Same applies for serpent axe (large/tyrian) compared to serpent axe (small/canthan).

the comparison with regular mobs is quite matching - I guess we could figure which belongs to which category. and I have not seen a regular mob drop a trophy on top of a weapon - same for an exp scroll, tome, lockpick, mats or goldcoins. whereas I usually only farmed lately anymore where I kill many foes at once so I'd never be sure... maybe someone who regularly does vanqs could keep an eye out for those happening?
quest items come on top - at least on regular mobs, so I'd presume same for boss loot.
and human vs real player matters - since heros are concerned like regular players when it comes to loot distribution but the drops assigned to them never appear on chat or anywhere. hence you'd be better off flagging heros off compass before killing the boss (if you are capable to do just that singlehandedly)
nice one! haven't seen that (or at least I wouldn't remember). that'd be at least 5 items from a single boss then...
my point about the blade storm was that by selecting my categories I can find exemplary screens of the mob dropping the said max from the said category yet I'd not have any insight into wether or not that means he can drop all of what has been seen on two exemplary situations combined at same time. It is entirely up to how fine I name my categories. my point went in the direction that the proposed categories might actually not be distinct when it comes to drop generation but much rather are in one bigger pile.
you are thinking in the category 1. weapons, 2. greens, 3rd exp scrolls... and so on - do we have any hints that'd point that those are actually distinct categories concerning drop generation? I'd presume it were more like 1. weapons, greens, armor pieces, passage scrolls, tomes, ... maybe there'd be a 2. event items and 3. quest items.
and yes - 28 would only be for the 2week period, but leaving out event items that'd still be 15-16 on "regular" days if the reasoning were true.
another thing concerning the screen - that is for a 2 person party at least. we know there is a mechanic called loot scaling - might it be the limits change with the number of actual players in the party?

interesting topic, yet I'd want to interfere on the logics applied:
a charr blade storm can drop a tower shield, a crude shield or a wooden buckler - yet he cannot drop a tower shield, a crude shield AND a wooden buckler. sure your categories are wider than "wooden buckler", but what clue would we have that the categories you specify would be the ones that are grouped concerning drops? maybe a boss can drop just 4items max and the pool he pulls from is greens, event items, passage scrolls, rares, grapes, blues, whites, exp scrolls, tomes, materials, rare materials, trophies, goldcoins...?
I haven't seen any screen showing a boss drop more than 4 things... so IF 28 were the actual max I'd presume we'd have seen at least one screen concerning the fact how odd ppl found the screens of a 4item drop and how they reacted.
also a boss can drop grapes, blues, whites, goldcoins, armorpieces, that are so far missing.

there is collectors for the bugged ones esp q9 and rare skin this might find a buyer for some ecto. but yes - they do exist
in theory yes - 32-33g items would opt for max q8 item drop chance, but the unid value of treasure chests is odd in various ways, so I wouldn't rely on that here. (1. the unid value ranges don't match a given level as all other chest drops do, 2. the top limit doesn't apply as everywhere else, so you have 80g unid value items, whereas everywhere else it is restricted to 60g)
just any q8 (not-purple-staff-)drop and any max drop from a chest are proof enough of a q8 max drop chance from said chest. Moira1675 ideally we'd want to see the screen, when the item is still on the ground unidentified, that also shows your position and the chat history so we can actually see it was generated by the do not touch thing. Thanks a lot for looking out - definitely worth further looking now!
