11-21 is max for a post nerf max q8 staff or wand
Its the same sources as a q8 max shield focus or sword.

This part is incorrect, or at least what it seems you're implying. A given source dropping a q8 postnerf max staff is not an indication that that same source can also drop q8 max swords/shields/foci. For example, q8 postnerf max staves can drop from locked chests in HM.
Max dmg for q8 and max hsr
18% is max for q8 postnerf gold staves. 20% is max for q8 postnerf purple staves.
Edit: Your quote initially said not max hsr...
Yeah i had remembered wrong because of the purple-gold nuance. Doesnt sit right to me that purple can roll higher then gold lol, sorry

Managed to solo both tunnels on mobile today!
how chaotic did that feel... lol
It was terrible i was running a build I was not used to running as well, died multiple times lol
the hardest parts were level 2 in pre tunnels with like 5 groups of overlapping charr, and the key boss on floor 3 of post tunnels

Honestly, i was just surprised seeing it drop in NM. I was half wondering if the update had changed the loot tables for nm vs. hm.
If its like eotn dungeons, loot table is the same but you get x2 items in HM

Just for pull in pve and respect skins eternal/ghostly family. Weapons /bonus are the exception at Tolkano.
Flatbow is better for pulling tho
