Just for pull in pve and respect skins eternal/ghostly family. Weapons /bonus are the exception at Tolkano.
The Eternal Shortbow goes super hard, I hope we get more variations.

I'm running the dungeon with a character who hasn't completed any quests related to Althea or the new update. So far, I haven't noticed any difference in the chest.

Yeap, sometime cracked horn, but not good drop, no mini. And in general, there are a lot of hammers (?)

You didn't know where to look, maybe if you do 10 full clear of the dungeon, in HM, during a full moon night, the 666th foes will drop you one of the new minis

I tried this, it did not work 
from the 2weeks discord referring to the mini althea screenshot from day 1
So if you can't sell to the merchant a hammer dropped in the dungeon, try double-clicking on it ...
pretty sure they forgot to add the mini to the dungeon chest, no proof.....
Maybe the mini drops from elsewhere. Imagine if undead rurik in ring of fire drops it!

Try going to your Anet account, clicking the “Security” tab, and removing the authorized IP addresses—except for the one currently in use. Or remove all IP addresses, depending on the situation.
Edit: This isn't the same issue I had a little while ago; this time, the Anet website isn't responding at all.

GW2 seems to be having major login problems too. I also can't login. I think it's systemic at this point.

Today i achieved my initial goal on my HC ironman, and got leg VQ, Guardian and leg master of north! i think that's about done now, since i am not farmer and rest titles would require that for Gwamm 
8,5 months ago when started this project, my though was to make it harder than usual ironman etc (was before the current batches), so i decided these main rules additional to normal HC ironman (I bought 100% fresh account too for it)
Now, 8,5 months and tad over 1000 hours of gameplay finished last vq
Ran 99% of time:
Me: Necro SS myself all except for some 4man vqs i ran BiP
Heal prayer monk
Prot prayer monk
Death magic nec
Blood Magic nec
Channeling ritu
Dom Mes

- No skill traders ofc same as no mat, rune etc traders. So i tried building builds 99% With hero skill trainer skills only as i got some hero skill pts (i ended up capping 2 normal ritu skills, everything else was from there, couldnt make 8 ritu skill of same attri otherwise)
Now, 8,5 months and tad over 1000 hours of gameplay finished last vq

my guess is they drop from trash in the dungeon like peacekeeper and given most people speedrun the dungeon but never clean foes..
I bet on miniature ghostly warriors and ghostly riders because they both have multiple variants axe/sword or mesmer/ranger/war and we never clean them during fast clears.

You're forgetting that far more players have unlocked Althea than have completed the SC. Not to mention the number of different characters per account.
And after 2weeks confirmed that the only screenshot showing this mini was a fake because the item icon didn't match Althea's. Has anyone actually gotten it? For example, even the Polar mini and the Dhumm mini were shared on the first day of the update.

Great point on the Polar and Dhumm minis. Absurdly low drop rates BUT they were found...quickly.
Thousands of completions of the dungeon and still not one of the new "minis" plural.
Unless their playing the Gandalf card.

Yeah that's not true. It showed up on the last full day of the event. (Not sure about dhuum so removed that bit from your quote)
