Hello,
Current day max damage for q8 bow is 14-27. As a result of this one’s damage and being the improved sale value mod, sadly it is merch food. Speaking as one of the few q8 14-27 collectors, if that was current day max with something like 12^50 inherent mod, I do believe you would get some interest, just a food for thought.

So this is max? staffs stats are so messed up
Kinda assuming its a mistake and 18% was suppose to max HRS for purple and Gold was to be 20%?
Yup, that is a perfect Q8 11-21 Gold Staff. The table is confusing but the game is more so hehe. Q8 11-21 Purple HSR is 20% when Gold is 18%. The rare occasion that Purple can be better from a useful perspective.

couple of questions
I noticed that Cantha chests from inside city did not count towards my treasure hunter title, but chests after the ascension mission did count.
Also I am coming back to the game and looking to get back into my favorite thing, CHEST RUNNING! Any suggestions for the most profitable spot to run? I prefer oldschool drops.

Regarding Chests that count towards title, the rule of thumb is chests that have a key that costs 600g or more count. As a result, the actual canthan chests won't count unless using a lockpick in HM.

As far as chest running options, you can breeze some of the posts and feedback (not just limited to those options) provided in the Chestrunning section of this forum, lots of good options and input.
It really comes down to preference. Since you mentioned OS drops, that will keep bring you to Prophecies or Factions. If you are looking for Q8s (Swords (nearly impossible but possible), Shields and Foci are the remaining options for max Q8 purple and golds), any of the chests listed on this thread specifically in NM will get you that chance, the skin will be dependent on your preference.
The more value item but not easy to get is a nice OS Magmas Shield from Hells' Precipice in HM. Some good stuff has been coming out of there lately.
With all of that in mind, it's all down to preference. If you provide some skins that you are looking for, folks here can provide some suggestions to help narrow it down for you.

Hello. I haven't seen any purple staves in q8 that would be 20% max yet. I believe this is max stats for q8 staff in purple.
Congrats! You have a fully Perfectly modded Q8 11-21 Purple 20/18 DF/Healing Staff, that's as good as they get and not easy for that combo. As Looney mentioned, purple Q8 11-21s even have better stats than gold as gold maxes at 18%. You have a keeper or a seller!

Hey at all,
since there was such much feedback within one day I want to continue this a bit further.
Thanks to Neutral_CH for adding value to that specific chest run.
Also thank to Agent Chevy for sharing his knowlegde in that many threads and keeping chest runs alive
Thought about an vaabi chestrun for q8 shields today.
Unfortunately there are only Kournan enemys with the correct level for req 8 items.

The Chest Running passion is widespread but not spoken to much here on the forum.
This may encourage me to dig into my stat archives and post some more runs with drop details
To see more low level Vabbian items would be nice. Unfortunately as you mentioned the Vabbi chests themselves don't drop them. Farming Blue q8s is a more likely chance to get one of these beauties.

This Spiked Club is not prenerf. This skin still drops today (even though not terribly common, it still drops) and this dmg is well below current day Q7 hammer max (18-32).
Someone may want for skin but not largely valuable.

Don't sell to merch, you can get more than 412g.
Deadly Cesta is OS so mods cannot be changed. Due to being single modded, will be hard to sell. I would estimate 30-50e
The Bow is considered "clean", so the mods can be changed but also means there is no inherent. I can't pc this one as I would be interested if it goes on the market in Sell section.

From my understanding, the Q8 6-27 +5e White Reaver sold for 7a
The same seller had a Q8 6-27 15^50, may be the one you have not sure, he wanted 3a-5a, I offered 3a, he didn't respond lol.
I do think 3a-4a is appropriate for it.

I got these this morning from locked chests in HM Perdition Rock. Absolutely no idea if they're worth anything - I know I shouldn't ask for a PC here but I already have a PC post so can't put them there for now. If anyone fancied PMing me in game about them I'd be keen to know.
Clean OS Long Sword. That seems kinda strange to me! (?) Shame it has no inherent mods, but still looks really beautiful!
What you have there is a “clean” or “naked” item. These are common in old school drops from Prophicies or Factions. There isn’t many naked collectors out there, I am one myself but only missing 1 axe, 1 bow, and 1 hammer.
Long sword is a nice core skin you may find someone interested in it for low cost.
