Agent Chevy I like the idea of making a speadsheet, however after a few attempts I couldn't make one that is of consistent quality (and also not messy and hard to read). However I did update the list to be more informative. Please let me know if you have any further suggestions. Thank you!
Bluey I fully understand, with all of the possibilities a single item can have, I can vision it getting messy for sure.
I like the revisions you made, the format changes look great to me, easy to follow. The simple addition of color coding the drop location helps scan by location.
The struggle you will have is your details is only as good as the details you get. I encourage everyone to be as specific as possible to help with the tracking.
Thanks Bluey for starting and maintaining this page, greatly appreciated by the remaining and returning GW community.

Curious, has any of the new skins been seen in Q3-Q7?

Just an idea, could we track in a grid form within the post that starts with a list of all of the new skin possibilities, then have 4 main sections (Prophecies, Factions, Nightfall, EOTN), then 2 sub categories under each such as Foe Drop/Location and chest/Location

I wouldn't merch, I don't need that one myself but there has been a few more Q8 15-21 collectors lately, mostly for golds but blues are more intriguing to some players than purples are.

Q8 18-34 Lion Skin War Hammer wouldn't fetch a lot, I would throw a little at it to save it and put it with a few other tamed q8 18-34 lions.

It is a low dmg gold but overall, min dmg for q4 sword reported is 7-9.

Found these hiding in my warriors equipment pack today, what a beauty. Is it possible for these to drop with max mods or is it likely i modded them?
Any gold item has a chance of dropping with full max mods, so in this case, could be either or.

For a while now I've been keeping tack of the highest gv purple I dropped (no idea why just reasons). Recently got an upgrade with this Igneous Blade. Well random but has anybody got or seen a purple 300gv+ ?
I am just guessing but I would think high area treasure chests is probably the highest probability
