More stuff from A Chance Encounter. Really like farming here, mostly because of the skin variety.
GZ! The drops are finally better there now that all of the Bots are gone. There was a point where there was 16 bots with similar names In and Out of that quest, it was insane. I doubt that my reporting attempts did anything considering that was months before they finally disappeared.

The majority of blue q8 OS shields are merch food, however depending on the mod and skin, someone may give 1-5e as a collectable, but I can't say that yours may get anything not knowing what mod it has.

As a 10/10 collector myself, I just recently did a cleaning of mine and removed any duplicates or higher requirements. Common skins with Q10 or higher were impossible to sell, I ended up giving away 10+ of these after attempting to sell for 5e each with no results.
As far as the Jellyfishes, those are sweet, of course I have shown my hand already of being a collector hehe. Q9 10/10 Platinum Wands were going for around 50-75e not long ago so I don't think 75e-100e is far fetched. If you get multiple collectors interested, may go higher.

I am with Spun Ducky, it does appear to be prenerf, however there has been speculation that low level items can drop from the vampires that are further into urgoz (from my understanding only the first groups were nerfed). I would be potentially interested in it on your sell post but curious, do you remember when this dropped? was it in the last 13 or so years?

Even though I am one of the few collectors for low level items, I would only hold a post nerf q7 sword if max damage of 14-20.
I am on the side of merching, but to answer your question, there may be a collector out there.
As far as dropping in NM, this is an error in wiki, they can drop in NM. The also drop very rarely as q8 Max (only 4 known to exist that I have heard of) from the Moddock Crevice Mission in HM. Even though this is HM, the Corsairs in the beginning are level 20 even in HM.

20/10 OS staves are hard to sell. Collectors may be after high skins (Platinum, Bo, Dragon, Raven, Zodiac, Ghostly, etc.)
You may be able to sell for 1-5e if you find the right buyer.

The 2 axes would be merch food, Q10 of common skins are hard to sell, and q9s of those skins are also hard to sell.
Inscripted items are hard to sell, you may be able to find someone willing to buy for 1-5e but may not be worth the wait.
Dragon Kamas is a nice skin, but stance is hard to sell. You may be able to get 10e for those.

This seems inconsistent with the table as it is now, or am I reading it wrong? From how I understand it, it lists gold staff max q8 as 20/10/11-21.

I agree, the table is slightly misleading as the Purple and Gold staff stats are shared on the same line, however the max hsr seen on a q8 11-21 post nerf gold staff is 18%, which is ironic as Purple max is 20%, which means that from a useful perspective, a Purple Insc Q8 15-21 Staff can be more effective than a gold one.
Very nice drop! As a collector of Q8 11-21 staves, I am really curious what the inherent mod was? or are you holding on to the dream and keeping it unidentified, cause honestly, sometimes that is better hehe.

My 1 cent cause I am not sure it's worth 2 cents...
I paid 10a for the same GDA 15^ench almost 2 years ago, so I think 20a-25a would be reasonable currently. I think the Stance would be about the same range.
The other 2 mods (Hexed foes and 15-10) are not as desirable, I would say around 5-10a ea.
With that being said, my 1 cent valuation as a set is around 50a-70a.
