The only way to reliably do this is to be able to leave feedback on the completion of a trade, same way as eBay works. That means you also need a way to track the trade/completion as well has have a fair and reasonable method of leaving feedback. On top of that you then have the potential of needing to have a method to contest said feedback and review it. This all takes time and resource.

The Xunlai area allows you to trade to the users that you want to and ignore other users. If you feel like any posts in your threads break any of the Xunlai or Forum rules then you can report them and the mods will investigate.

I think such a list would be more problematic than helpful. Do you just take one person's word that someone is a scammer without the named person being able to have a side to the story? How do you trust the users that are posting to be accurate without verification?

I do agree that it is bad that some people try to get one over others in the game through scamming them from trades and what not. I get that a list of names could be helpful but in reality (as we've probably seen in this thread) it just becomes a way for a user to flame another.

If someone is trying to pull a fast one over you in trade then don't trade with them, by all means tell your friends/guild to keep an eye out, but I don't think publically naming people is a positive thing. It will probably just result in more antagonistic messages and drama than anyone really needs these days.

Photobucket is bad too, I think it watermarks all images uploaded on free accounts.

I recommend https://imgur.com/ , used it for years.

If images do go down guess its a reason to repost collections and marvel at them again.

There wasn't an update but lots of people were reporting server issues and connecting to American districts; International and European districts would be OK. Likely something server related on ArenaNet's end.

If you haven't played the game since they've done some of the updates you may also need to run it in Administrator Mode now in order to allow the game and files to download updates, once the files are downloaded you can then run normally (without Admin).

I don't believe it is a quoted behaviour from the developers, but rather an observed one from many people playing the game.

It is quite apparent that it happens, for example in FoW you don'to receive Spiteful Spirit or Empath if you're weilding a Wand or Staff.

Have you run the GW.exe as Administrator? If it is installed to your C:\Programme Files directory it could be a permissions issue.

These are referring to runes that no longer drop or are available in the game.

Before they were updated Runes dropped differently, in general terms they would only be indicated by their text not by their colour/rarity.

The existing items were not removed when the change was introduced so there are still some of the old stored on accounts and therefore fall into the 'Pre-Nerf' list of items.

They sometimes crop up on Xunlai Sell threads, there is a pre-Nerf rune in this thread.

Unless you see one up for sale or have an old account you won't find one now. They are only useful for collectors that might want a piece of 'history' as they have the same function when used.

Anything mentioned in the pre-Nerf context no longer drops in the game (they've been "Nerfed") so you'll only see them from other players.
