A lvl 0 was/is possible if loading the first cutscene in pre after character creation was weird.
I had a lvl 0 gate monkey for a while years ago, and was pissed as hell when someone decided to snipe the bandit firestarter by the gate and lvl me to 1.
(Of note; this is just because of the "lvl 0" posts, not saying obby at 0)

The problem is, someone(s) have "friends" helping farm at least one of the low level areas these drop because they caught on these were worth a bit of ectos. These "friends" target other stuff, but now "enjoy picking up" certain other items, and probably go after istani chests too.

Mail is working now... and I kinda figured out the image attachment bug.
I tend to use chrome on android, but set to use desktop mode because a certain large social network's website won't let me see replies (it 404s lol) on my tablet unless i force desktop. Their apps also suck, so does their bloated chat client, but because of a couple ppl i'm forced to use it.
It usually works out better on many websites because i use landscape view mostly.
This site always worked fine either way, normal mobile or 'desktop site' checked, but apparently now for some reason the buttons work fine, until you set chrome to use desktop mode... which i use by habit 😆
Not sure what makes it happen, it's android 12L based build because its a largescreen device and chrome 106.0.5..... whatever the newest one is.
Really it's probably not worth looking into, but if you really want to try to replicate it i think i found the cause.

Pyroclastic and VS only drop vrom UW, Fow, z-Chest. Darkhorn is only slavers and cof so imo its much different

Longer answer, the list doesn't include things that drop from other chests too, such as Pyroclastic Axe and Voltaic Spear, because they also drop from other sources, not just Slavers Exile.
That list is things specific to ONE dungeon only, Darkhorn is in Slavers and CoF, hence it's missing.

Why are we limited to 20 names on the ignored list? For some of us, it would be much less of a hassle to just copy their name in the list once they pop up in the chat window. Took me 15 seconds right now. Has ANET ever mentioned why they capped it at 20?
They change accounts often, and use similar ads on diff accounts. Iggy isn't a perfect solution either for the problem, constant new name whac-a-mole.

the lvl of mobs has no influence on drops whatsoever. locked chest in starter area is lvl 22 and will always drop same stat ranges at same chances
Why do some higher maguuma areas drop q8, but supposedly not others then?
I know many say chests within a "geographic area" have the same level, then often hear maguuma *isn't* all the same.
