In general mixed combos on staves are unwanted, but there is Lily looking for specific 20/20 mixed cele staves for a collection, so there might be a chance on the death/heal one

If you have done War In Kryta on the character, the Hearts of the North chain after it has repeatable mini-missions that one or two of them are pretty short (the 1st and 4th ones, especially 1st and run past foes with a cuppycake it's like 5 minutes or less)
Rewards for each mission:
5,000 Experience
1,000 Gold
1,250 Vanguard reputation points
First time: 2 Medals of Honor
On repeat: 5 War Supplies
(Of note: the 2x bonus week *doesn't* apply iirc)

The vamp and defense mods you can probably get 1e/ea or so for, but would require time spent spamming in Kamadan

There was a time when running gw in windowed borderless was much more stable for the game when alt tabbing to other applications. I think it might not make a difference now, this was when they first added that option, but maybe just try it out.
(Or are you already using windowed borderless?)
(Also, windowed borderless looks nearly the same as fullscreen, so its not bad)

That wand only drops from desolation buried treasures, and desolation and realm of torment buried treasures can drop these oddly high gold value items.
The q13 req kinda kills its sale value as anything other than a novelty.

Inherents being max is based on item rarity, gold, purp, blue, white, *not* by item req. (Except that golds don't drop below q3) (oh yeah, and staff hsr is based on req kinda)

Dagger zealous mod is worth 1e, similar for the other mods.
The daggers themselves are high req and somewhat worthless.
I might suggest salvage the mods (zealous > 15^50 > +5ar), then stick a measure for measure onto the daggers and salvage them hoping for the ruby/sapph rare materials salvage.

No, appearance makes a difference, but crappy inherents on an OS item will kill the value by a ton.
This axe is dropped by mantid farm, it's not a rare cool skin or something special in any way

The axe vamp mod and defense mod don't sell for much either, maybe an ecto each mod tops.

Don't forget about weaponsmiths, particularly gertrud (vasburg) and telamon (leviathan pits). They have cheap 20/20 sets for most caster professions.

Current max "post nerf" q8s can be worth a bit, but not excessive amount.
The big money q8s are prenerfs like a q8 19-35dmg hammer, since they can no longer drop.

Scorpions Lust isn't max dmg. Q9 it should be 15-28.
Sadly, it's not really worth anything, but would make a great pulling bow for one of your characters.

clicking through the site is fast again, but reacting to a post or creating a post is still slow with a few seconds of the circle animation for me
There are a few reasons for that, mainly due to the forum software itself. Extra checks for spam, some processing and storing the data... should not take seconds though... goes almost instant for me.

Unids is like selling cheap scratch off lottery tickets, selling a dream doesn't cost much, ~1k/unid for most of them.
The new skins, q9 like that japan 1st anniversary shield you can probably get a few ectos out of unid... like that cool new $20 scratch off lotto ticket
IDing them is like playing all your lottery tickets yourself. Maybe you pull that perfect dualmod shield, maybe (probably) not.

Yes, the "of the <profession>" mods reason for existing is to give non-that profession a few points in a primary attribute they wouldn't normally have access to.
The of the necro gives any non necro 5 energy upon an enemy death up to 3x every 15 seconds.
Dance with death is probably 1e or so, not too sure about the hammer of the necro mod though

That amount of xp is only a few days of the Vanguard quests (doing 1 a day) or if you're doing the one foe kill hamnet vanguard quest farm outside foibles its maybe a couple hours tops.
Not worth rerolling over imo
