I can see someone picking this up for a 20e or more.
It’s not particularly useful but it’s a matching attribute with r9 and a nice skin. Second mod is a bit of a killer though. A hp mod would be much better.
Get more opinions, or put up for auction and see what happens. It’s a bit of an oddity so hard to value.
