First time I see an os BDS. How did you loot it ? I thought the Fendi's chest only gives inscriptible items.

They drop relatively frequently without inscrip slots (not pre-nerf, they still do drop as such).

Missing insc slot ≠ os

If it was OS it would be a no inherent "clean" weapon since it's only bonuses come from insightful head / ench wrap.

It's a known bug, it happens sometimes, but pretty rarely.

They do have some value, but usually only to certain collectors for novelty value.

I think it’s a bug throughout EOTN, because I was trying to buy a Chrysocola staff recently and someone traded me one without insc slot as well.

I believe there are one or more collector(s) out there buying these (the bds at least).

Hi. To me it is worth the value of its insc partner. But that is only a rough estimate. I have q12 Fast Casting already, or would of out bid the other buyer. I've had some people refuse to sell at a couple arms beyond its insc partners price. In my opinion I would take the 4a.
