(Close) PC Pre-Searing +18% vs giants bow & few post golds (axe,shields,staff)

Hi, I've been holding on to these items for a while now and would like to have them checked if they have any value.

Pre-searing recurve bow with +18% vs giants bow grip

Someone was selling +18% vs giants mod (dunno for what weapon) in ascalon trade chat for 800BD a month ago, so I have to get this checked is it really that much. All I know it's only use is for collection.
