Your Favourite Skin

So, I've noticed, that "your fav" threads has gotten quite popular lately, so as the title says, what is your favourite skin?

Some will say, that they have several favourite skins, then let's make a hypothetical scenario.
Let's say all items in Guild Wars, are to be replaced with new ones, looking nothing like the originals and you have a chance to preserve one of those skins from the change. Which one will it be?

It can be anything that can be worn in hands, a shield, a hammer, a focus, a sword, can be a green, blue, white, whatever.

I know it's hard/impossible to pick one, but try!

My favourite skin is Shield of the Dead, a PvP exclusive skin (with an exception of Tanzit's Defender, a green dropped in Sorrow's Furnace):

Guild Wars doesn't really have many large shields, cept this and SWS probably. I love the design, a large shield with a rather universal colour, badass spikes on the sides and those large, visible scars showing an actual usage of the shield. Pretty cool, surely the shield being PvP exclusive has it's pros and cons, but it's my fav anyway.

For me it's the timeless elegance of the Tall Shield, and the simple strong lines on the Longsword.
In fact, I collected a few of them for exactly this reason....

My favourites tend to be those with sentimental value. I suppose it helps that I prefer the traditional medieval fantasy stylings over those used in Factions+NF. As such, I'd say the flamberge is my favourite, though it's not the kind of thing I'd usually go for. I don't recall what made inspired me to pursue one as my first big buy (45k!) - my tastes have changed in the last 12 years. Oddly, the ingame design is nothing alike to the real life flamberge.

I have several favorites.. it really depends on the character, which I have a lot of! The ones I'd most likely not give up is my enameled shield and Tyrian cleaver. They both dye really nicely, which is a biiiiiig thing to me. Colors

That is a REALLY valuable shield, Ivory. Like really really valuable. More than a darkwing.

Yup I love it. I really need a q8 Cleaver now to go with it ;p I have the darkwing too for my mesmer. Somedayyyyy I'll make a collections post. Someday, maybe. Effort

Big fan of Shield of the Lion. Not too flashy or ridiculous - but still cool looking, with awesome engraving and is dyeable to boot.

After long thoughs i think kt would be Runic Axe, would be easyer say favorite of each type, so hard to compare different types

For me it would be the Bo Staff. It's simplistic design is what I build my entire Monk's outfit around. A big plus it is well balanced. Most staves in the game seem top heavy. It's just so simple that it is just so awesome.

Serrated shield...a boring answer, but I don't really care so much about skins unlike in gw2 because transmutation stones there make it easier to customize weaponsets.

You can actually apply the PvP skin to the Serrated Shield (GOTY bonus item) as a PvE player, and yeah this is easily my favourite shield skin.

Gotta say Eaglecrest Axe is my favourite and I'm not even a Murican'

Staff: Dragon Staff/Obsidian Skin Earth

Sword: Fiery Dragon

Axe: Dwarven

Shield: Magma

Well this is hard. I'll have to break it into staff and then wand / offhand combos.

Staff: Celestial Staff--this one is easy. Elegant, beautiful, rare (at least when I got mine) and matches great with my Ele.

Wand/Offhand: Wayward Wand with Celestial Compass or Dragon's Breath Anand with Paper Fan.

It's too hard to choose sometimes....
