i'd like to make a list of q0 farm spots. At the moment i have the following:
- general Istan
- quest ''Hole of Istan''
- quest ''Drakes on the plain''
- Crystal Overlook
- Glints Challenge
- quest ''A Deal's a Deal''
- eotn dungeons (fungal spores)
- eotn quest ''Charr Invaders''
- eotn quest ''Service: In Defense of the Eye''
- Dalada Uplands Stone Fury
Any know more places that are not on Istan?
blue would be lvl 5-11
purple would be lvl7-10
but the number of mobs outside of istan at the specified range is rather limited and you covered the most of them.
in Crystal Overlook there are lvl10 pop up skeletons
Fungal Spores on various eotn dungeons
likely there is still more odd quest pops...
would love to find more odd ones 
Has some foes in the right range for q0 purps.
I'm not 100% on what skins they drop, and it's kinda annoying because it's only a few of the low lvls mixed in with lvl 20s in each grp.
(But hey, lvl 20s can drop q8 soooo...)

I tried farming that quest. Never got anything from the low q foes. The eotn quest ''Service: In Defense of the Eye'' does drop q0.

How many runs? Cause i'm pretty sure i've gotten drops from them myself.
Edit: Hmmm... doubting myself about them dropping insc.
Just did 4-5 runs and they haven't dropped anything insc yet, just this q0.

hi, After you do the quest "Forgotten Relics" you can see a elemental boss and a few lvl 8 stone fury.
yes in that spot I found the draconic q0 and some oaken too. just looking for clouded spear. gl
