Édit : try to consider the last effective trade of a similar item (apparently spun’s one) , take into account inflation and you have your potential PC. Yours are either imperfect or q9, so obvioussly less valuable than the one mentionned by Spun.

Rest imo is pure speculation.

A q8 15^Hex sold for 750a+ if I am not mistaken. Spun Ducky can maybe add some spice to the topic.

But it was a bit before the big inflation hit if I am not mistaken as well.

All q8 imperfects 1000-1750a is my rough guess but I haven't been active for a while now. Like most things put it for sale for accurate prices as items that go 1000a+ require people also holding mass arms at the moment. Q9 is even harder to guess since I own the perfect Q8 version I bought for about 850a. I have had offers of 2500a-4500a on it. Arms are so heavily botted at this point I personally wouldn't trade them for arms at all but rather other items of interest if at all.

I own a Q8 14% vs Hex gold one as well, and I wouldn't consider selling it for less than 1250a in this market.

However, Spun Ducky is correct in that it's probably better to trade for other items of interest instead of arms. Hope this helps.
