PC on some Sword Mods

I believe the vamp sword mod is prenerf and will be very sought after.

The swordsmanship mod still currently drops. Atleast that’s my understanding

The 10% swordsmanship mod still drops, and mastery mods, at least on martial weapons, are generally undesired anyway. Feel free to get rid of it.
