I think the axe is pre-nerf, I'm not sure if the Oni Blade is though.

To the OP though, in this case it would likely be worth more than the axe, which is.
(10/9 sundering mod on the axe is also prenerf). If you intend to sell the axe, I would separate the mod (make sure to use a perfect salvage kit) and auction that separately. -

Expect triple digit arms, wouldnt be surprised to see it go for 200a +If the value was prenerf, you could add a bit, but the item itself is already very valuable.
