Came back to the game after a long time away. Created a new character and got this to drop. I had no clue shields could drop with 8 armor and no req - along with these mods.
Any idea if folks are interested in items like this? I know the total armor isn't as high as other shields, but the no req seems very interesting.

I have no idea if these command a certain price but i’d definitely pay more than the merchant would for this
this is indeed an insane lucky find! matching mods - almost max for a purple. max armor for q0 and ench on there - you can't get much better. with ppl having arms and spending them like ecto I can see this going very high. put it for auction and leave it some time. I'd expect you get at least 30a offers, but could also go way higher. depends on who is in on it
