This would be easier with a screenshot since dualmod axes don't exist.

Prefix and suffix changeable mods don't really effect value of an item.

You might be confused by a single inherent with two lines like 15% dmg boost with -5e, or dmg boost with -10 armor.

Can you post a screenshot?

Is it gold? Because 15% dmg with -10hp as the negative isn't a usual inherent afaik. This sounds like a blue collector/quest reward weapon with a barbed and fortitude mod added.

A screenshot would help immensely, or at least describe every detail, including rarity (blue, purple, gold) and merchant value (often helps figure out collector/quest reward)

Am i an idiot and completely forgetting an inherent on melee weapons? I thought the only 15% dmg -10 was the -10 armor one. 😆

This is why a screenshot, or at least punctuation between bonuses, would help 1000%

Save the +30hp axe handle if anything, its 1-2e

Merch the axe. It's a couple points off max dmg and 15%^-10ar is an unloved inherent (who wants *less* armor?) like Red said.
