Both are merch food. Neither are max (focus is q8^12e or q6^11energy) and neither skin is rare or desireable. The mods are also non max

Summit axe probably 5e

That axe is missing 3 dmg from max, so its merch. The mods itself is higher chance of selling for a few ectos, but its not worth your time.

before you keep asking yourself if non-max weapons are worth keeping - refer to this: GW gear stat ranges - Item information - Guild Wars Legacy
99% of all non-max weapons are merch unless unique dungeon chest drops or elite area end chest drops.
All OS single mod shields and wands are also merch. Hope this helps
